Disturbance Call in Atascocita North Leads to Felony Arrest
On August 9, 2025, deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a disturbance call in the 5400 block of Quail Tree.
During the investigation, deputies identified the individual involved as Diamond Banks. A records check revealed she had an active felony warrant for Forgery of a Financial Instrument.
Diamond Banks was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Harris County Jail. Her bond was set at $30,000 by the 248th District Court.
