16 Year Old Arrested in Atascocita for Evading Deputies

On July 24, 2025, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman's Office conducted a traffic stop in the 2900 block of Atascocita Road. The driver refused to stop, leading deputies on a brief pursuit.
During the pursuit, the driver blacked out the vehicle's lights in an attempt to evade deputies and was temporarily lost from sight. A short time later, deputies located the suspect vehicle at a nearby gas station and safely apprehended the driver, who was identified as a 16-year-old juvenile female.
