Harris County Constable Investigates, Arrests Fugitive in AtascocitaMark Herman, Harris County Constable Precinct 4WANTED FUGITIVE ARRESTED BY CONSTABLE DEPUTIES On July 11, 2025 a deputy with Constable Mark Herman's Office was patrolling in the 18200 block of Fehmarn Sound Circle when he was flagged down by a male identified as Anwar Gage, a convicted felon. He reported that a female was stalking him and that she had broke into his residence.Constable Deputies initiated an investigation into the allegations and after a thorough review, it was determined that the claims were unfounded. Further investigation revealed that he had an open probation violation warrant for a weapons related offense issued by the U.S. Marshals Service."Anwar Gage was arrested and booked into to the Harris County Jail for the open warrant. His bond and court information have not been set at this time." - Constable Mark Herman
