Can You Identify This Target Shoplifting Suspect?

@Catmae : Right.... a dude walking a bike out of store should get noticed. Maybe they are instructed to not approach a possible shoplifter for safety reasons. IDK.

@Catmae: left hand with the apple is on the bike handlebars, so the seat is not backwards. Maybe the basket of stolen stuff is on the back fender.
