Mark Herman, Harris County Constable Precinct 4 On June 21, 2025, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to a minor crash in the 20800 block of Fawn Timber Trail. The at fault driver was identified as Anthony Miller, who displayed multiple signs of intoxication. Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered and it was determined that he was intoxicated. He also provided a breath specimen of .1229. Further investigation revealed he had a prior DWI conviction on his record. Thank goodness no one was hurt. I was expecting the typical $100 bond. Glad to see it is signifcantly higher.

Not for 2nd offense.
ParksideRes : Obviously, higher bonds are allowed for second violations - without the felony charge. Otherwise his bond would not be as high as it is.
niceguy : Which is exactly why I said us such responding to someone 'surprised it wasn't $100'.
