According to reports from PCT 4, on May 17, 2019, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to a residence located in the 4900 block of Drew Forest Lane in Atascocita in reference to a burglary in progress. The homeowner advised that unknown suspects broke into the residence through the back door.
Constable Deputies arrived in approximately under 3 minutes and observed two males flee the residence on foot and drop property they stole from the residence.
A police perimeter was established, and with the help of a Constable K-9, one of the males was apprehended and identified as Anthony Suazo. Deputies located additional stolen property in his possession.
All stolen property was returned to the homeowner.
Further investigation revealed that he was currently out on bond for Robbery of an Individual.
"Anthony Suazo was arrested and booked charged with Burglary of a Habitation and Evading on Foot. He received No Bond out of the 228th District Court. Charges will be filed on the second suspect once he is identified."- Constable Mark Herman
