Suspect Accused Of Trying To Force His Way Into Home

The Pct 4 Constable's Office arrested an Atascocita man last week after a woman accused him of trying to kick in her front door while threatening her with a gun.

According to reports from PCT 4, on November 18, 2018, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's office responded to the 19400 block of Kacey Lane in Atascocita in reference to a suspect attempting to kick in the front door of the complainant's house.

The complainant stated that the suspect had a firearm and threatened to physically harm her once he got inside.

Constable Deputies quickly located and apprehended the suspect who was identified as Nicholas Hebert (24, Atascocita).

"Nicholas Hebert was arrested and booked into the Harris County jail, charged with Burglary of a Habitation with Intent to Commit Assault. His bond is set at $30,000.00 out of the 263rd District Court."- Constable Mark Herman

Isn't this the same address where the guy (maybe same one) was holding a girl hostage? If so, he lives there or his mother lives there, or some other relative.
