Kim had just dropped off his grandma at the doctor's office and was holding on to her glaucoma weed to keep it safe. The only reason he was driving her car was to get an oil change for her. Every year, he is always the first one in his family to get into the Christmas Spirit, that's why he's wearing his Ugly Christmas Sweater now.
