McCord Development, Inc., sole owner and developer of Generation Park, has announced Global Tubing, LLC as the latest company to open a headquarters in 250 Assay St., at Generation Park.
Global Tubing, owned by Houston-based Forum Energy Technologies (NYSE: FET), is a global leader in coiled tubing services and products. Global Tubing’s manufacturing operations will continue at its manufacturing facility in Dayton, Texas.
Generation Park is a 4,000-acre commercial development located at the center of the Lake Houston community in northeast Houston. 250 Assay St., a Class A mixed-use office building located in Redemption Square, Generation Park's vibrant lifestyle center, opened in June 2017 and features four floors of office space and one floor of retail. Global Tubing has leased 6,355 square feet of Class A office space on the third floor of 250 Assay St. for its global corporate headquarters. Global Tubing is expected to occupy its new office space at Generation Park in the first quarter of 2018.
