CONSTABLES ARREST SUSPECT FOR UNLAWFULLY CARRYING A WEAPON On December 22, 2023, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman's Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 8000 block of Forest Point Drive. The driver was identified Gustavo Ventura. Further investigation revealed that he was in possession of marijuana and a firearm. "Gustavo Ventura was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon. His bond has been set at $100.00 out of County Court 6." - Constable Mark Herman
