Sorry everyone. They called me back while I was away from my computer. Yes, it was a drug arrest. Several agencies involved, including the Feds...Which is why the info is slim-to-none. They converged on the house to serve a narcotics warrant, and a single suspect was arrested without incident. I got a couple of guys in DEA, ATF, etc.., so I'll pester them for more tomorrow. It's probably part of a bigger operation, and they'll do a release once it's completed. ~C

So, where was this exactly? There are two Hurst Wood streets in Pinehurst. One is off of Atascocita Pines and the other is off of Sweet Gum Forest Drive. What time did this happen? DD's friend lives over off of Sweet Gum Forest near Hurst Wood, but her mom didn't see or hear anything.
