He had 40% custody. I also…understand the step-father wanting them but unless he adopted them and the biological father gave up his rights…he can't win. IMO. SAD FOR EVERYONE!

I think that's a good thing because she's the one that helped make all that money for Graceland. And the last thing those twins need is their dad to be in control of Graceland
