I take it you're not an SNL fan. He was the head writer and cast member for like 13 or 14 years. He did the Weekend Update with Amy Poehler.

He wasn't funny then either.

It's a lyric from a song, as in moving your mental state, not moving like changing houses. I wouldn't say that to anyone
