Law Enforcement Apprehend Suspect in Vehicle Burglary, Investigations OngoingCONSTABLE DEPUTIES MAKE ARREST AFTER HOMEOWNER DISCHARGES HIS WEAPON ON SUSPECTS BURGLARIZING HIS VEHICLE On February 29, 2024, at approximately 11:55p.m., deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the Henry Apartments located in the 14100 block of Will Clayton Parkway in reference to a discharge of a firearm. Upon arriving, deputies located a male suspect with a gunshot wound and he was transported to a local hospital. Further investigation revealed the complainant observed four male suspects actively breaking into his vehicle. He confronted the suspects and he observed one male to appear to reach for a possible weapon. The complainant discharged his weapon, causing the suspects to flee on foot. Constable Deputies established a perimeter and with the assistance of Constable K9 Lanzo, a suspect was captured and identified as Marcus Auguillard. He was transported to a local hospital for injuries sustained from the dog bite and later released. Deputies are currently issuing arrest warrants for the the remaining three suspects for Burglary of a Motor Vehicle. "Marcus Auguillard was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Burglary of a Motor Vehicle.
