Kingwood man shot in the neck this morning!

2 am he was working on his bike in his garage. He heard a loud "pop", felt pain in his ear and turned to see his son holding a gun!

@lynnsgirl : I agree. But mental illness plays a part, too. It is nearly impossible to keep someone contained to a mental institution.

@RajunCajun : Agree. The barriers for admittance/in-patient care in mental health institutions are a major reason the homeless population has exploded. This problem is causation for other problems.
