Kids and EBikes and EScooters-Convo with my hairstylist
My hairstylist mentioned to me a few months ago that her son had broken his arm while riding his escooter. Fast forward to last month she mentions that her son's grades are really good because he wants an ebike. They told him ebike would depend on his grades. WTH? Why? Tell me why? She then posts on social media that her son did in fact get ebike and puts a picture of him on it-with no helmet. She goes on to say that he had an ebike but wanted a different one. So, he saved his money, sold the old one and got the one that he wanted from a neighbor's kid. This one looks like a motorcycle. I can't understand any of the reasoning with this. Good that he had to figure it out and spend his own money. But why let him have it at all? Especially after injuring himself on the escooter?
