Indecency with a Child Arrest in Atascocita 
On December 17, 2025, deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to multiple calls in the 17300 block of Cricket Mill Drive regarding an unknown male who allegedly exposed himself to juveniles waiting at a school bus stop.
Deputies immediately launched an investigation. Through witness statements, video evidence, and follow-up investigative efforts, the suspect was identified as Nicolas Guillory. Further investigation revealed Guillory had allegedly committed similar offenses on multiple prior occasions. On January 26, 2026, deputies executed an arrest warrant for Guillory in the 4200 block of Forest Rain Lane.
Nicolas Guillory was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Indecency with a Child. His bond has not been set at this time out of the 338th District Court
