I stopped getting my Rxs from Walgreens a couple of years back. They were horrid! I've been using HEB Kingwood ever since...they fill quickly and efficiently and they have a lot of pharmacists working there all the time.
#msg2205381. . . . Walgreens is the worst. CVS isn't far behind!

#msg2205878brightlights : Disagree: I believe CVS is the worst and Walgreens is not far behind.
We use the 90 day mail pharmacy through Aetna, which is technically CVS, for everything but his Ozempic. We can't use his discount coupon on the Ozempic through the mail service, and it's also refrigerated, so I go every 3 months to CVS to pick it up. Have it all on auto refills.
Honestly, I think the bigger problem here is the doctors who will only call in a 90 day prescription, and make you come back in every 3 months before they'll issue a new one. That's why I quit going to Wellspire for my blood pressure, and now go to Dr. Atashband at Vital Heart and Vein. I go in once a year, they do actual tests, and she sends in a new, full year prescription for my meds.
Wellspire would force me to come in every 90 days to collect my co pay, and say, so, everything ok? No tests, nothing. Just waste my time and my money to line their pockets.

The HEB part or the Walgreens part charging the full deductible for 8 pills and then 7 days later charging the full deductible again for 30 pills for the same med.
