IAH-if you are flying this week, pack an extra dose of patience.

Just returned from my aunt's funeral in El Paso.

This morning we were flying into E, before we took off they changed the gate to B. But we had to go to C to be picked up.

Thankfully we had asked for a wheelchair assistance for my dad. He never would have been able to walk all that way.

Just a warning.

Sorry for your loss. I know you didn't need any travel headaches. Funerals are exhausting enough without added stress.

Thanks everyone for the condolences. She was my favorite aunt. My dad was 1 of 8 children. Now he is 1 of 2. It's hard growing older because of loss. But we will see each other again!
