Humble ISD launches investigation after special needs child wand

I'm glad the child was located quickly and was safe. It only takes a few seconds to a child to elope and if you have low staff to high students/needs, it can happen in a minute or less. I have 9 special needs students (kinder&first) with 8 elopers (with 5 being serial elopers) so I think the staff did everything correctly once the child eloped.
