Can they change the name and move to another state while they are it? The Texans are an embarrassment to all Texans.

They need to wait until they have a franchise QB and bright future, then offer a change in uniforms as a gesture of better days ahead....Otherwise it's just like:

All we need is a quarterback; a couple of stud O-linemen; a legit deep threat WR; a big time edge rusher; a stud on the D-line; a linebacker or two and some depth in the defensive backfield and we are THERE.
