eighteen : Op posted that this guy was the "former owner" of a local business, but it's probably not fair to get the new owners involved in this…the business address mentioned was near the FM 1960 & Atascocita Rd intersection.

It is concerning when someone says they need an address and help finding someone. If it is that concerning, contact legal authorities/police. I mean, what would be the person's intention in trying to find someone? What do they intend to do once the person is found? Concerning.
