Anybody seen the sign for gumbo at a little place on the side of the road just past Will Clayton heading toward the dump?
Just wondering if its good.

I haven't had anything except crawfish from "That One Place". I have talked to the couple that owns it a couple times. They have lots of cajunish food. They are just out of my drive range for take out food.

If you are referring to "that one place" the one that appears to be just a snow cone stand, then YES they have AMAZING gumbo!

Just read an article in the Observer this week about it. May have to try it out some day soon. Looks and sounds good.

They also have incredible shrimp, but the heads and shells are still on which creeps me out. The NOLA snow cones there are so amazing and reasonable
