Great H‑E‑B customer service. I shopped H‑E‑B yesterday and was selecting packaged lettuce from the produce section. The slot was almost empty and I was comparing other selections. An employee noticed my search and asked if I needed more of my preferred selection. When I let her know I needed more she immediately replied that she would return with more of my preferred item.

BarbaraandPatri: well . . . I was disappointed in the quality of their produce on several occasions. So much so that I stopped buying produce there. Had better luck at aldis. Crazy but true

susanbanthony : That is great. I have for the most part always gotten really good customer service at HEB. The only time I did not I contacted the store director and he got it sorted out and was glad I contacted him because like he said, if I had not alerted him to the problems the employee would have continued to do it to other customers.
