Eli Lilly considering building a 236 acre biomanufacturing plant for 5.9 $ billion in Generation Park.
This is a big deal.

I'm surprised some group has not invested in building dorms for our two local colleges , lone star and San jac.
With their expanding enrollment it seems needed. Or perhaps areas like Atascocita will see garage apartments being built.

tflea : No need for dorms. They draw on almost exclusively the local population. And would increase costs.
