@eighteen : Yeah, it seems like HEB would be very anxious to get to the bottom of this. Plus, what else has been tampered with in their store. Another question. Is it possible the poster made up the whole thing?

It looks like flower oatmeal and small peppercorns to me I do not think it is any kind of drugs that cost to much but HEB should have a date in there system when certain things were returned, and we know they have cameras, lets go CSI on them.
