Why would she be fired? For wearing a hat with an opinionated saying? I could understand if she was violating company dress codes or if it had vulgar language. As it stands, it's just the opinion of an unpatriotic and ungrateful moron.

Sammee, if she is an at-will employee, she can be fired for no reason at all. And anyone that brings negative attention like she is about to do is more than enough reason to fire someone in at at-will employment state. I'm just not sure what state this pic is in.

HD does have a dress code and that hat would not be allowed. More like the case of a timid manager.

It is too bad she feels that way. She also must have slept through most of American History in school

I might not fire her but she would be told to remove that while identifying as an employee.

We did a show once at Second Baptist, and our drummer showed up with a Tshirt that said "Staff Infection"...
