Harris County Fire Marshal's Office (HCFMO) Assistant Chief Bob Royall was recently awarded the Emergency Management Association of Texas (EMAT) Lifetime Achievement Award, at the 2019 EMAT Leadership Symposium in San Marcos.The EMAT Lifetime Achievement Award honors and acknowledges the superior achievement, over an entire career, of a member of the emergency management community whose dedication to the betterment of the field in Texas is evident by substantially influencing emergency management efforts state-wide."The Harris County Fire Marshal's Office is proud of the work Assistant Chief Royall has done while working at HCFMO, and throughout his career," said Harris County Fire Marshal Laurie L.
