Felon Apprehended in Atascocita After PursuitOn February 27, 2026, deputies with the Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a motorcyclist near the 3000 block of Atascocita Road.The rider failed to comply and led deputies on a brief pursuit. While attempting to make a turn, he lost control and laid the motorcycle down before fleeing the scene on foot. After a short foot chase, deputies took the suspect into custody.The suspect was identified as Bailey Bigham, a convicted felon. He was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail on a charge of Evading Arrest in a Motor Vehicle. Bond was set at $100,000 by the 497th District Court, according to Constable Mark Herman.
