What in the hell would cause someone to slap a child that small, so hard on the side of the head. You can see the hand print for crying out loud.

There are other ways to handle things. I would have left it out of social media and when they were asking for volunteers to search for that missing person I would have signed up. Read between the lines. For anyone to smack a child that age, there should be hell to pay.
