What Did Everyone Have For Dinner?
Dh threw a steak on the grill that we split. Had cucumbers from the garden tossed with store bought tomatoes and Italian dressing. Leftover corn and green beans. I have an entire Key Lime pie that didn't get eaten when I hosted Bunco a few days ago so we will have that for dessert.

I haven't had it yet but the plan is: BBQ Hamburgers with air-fryer french fries.....These are from patties I BBQ'ed and froze a few months ago....Feeling "lazy" cooking-wise tonight....Probably all the heat....But, that's what I freeze/save them for!....

Smart idea!! Yeah. I'm so lazy from the heat that I'm almost embarrassed.

Beef tips on garlic parsley noodles and green beans. I cut up a large chuck roast and slow cooked it for 3 hours.

We just ate at 11:45. Yes i am a loser. We had a ham steak and baked beans from HEB. It was very good. If everyone is healthy in your home, then rejoice!! Such a simple thing should not be hard!!!

@RajunCajun :
Thank you. I am a little dysfunctional, but healthy. LOL! My husband has been sick for 36 years. He was a dentist and had to sell his practice because he couldn't hold the drill anymore. Not a good thing. It took 3 times to the Mayo Clinic to figure out what was wrong. Life takes turns that are unexpected, but God is good. NO TIPS please! This is not a sob story, just the truth!

@RajunCajun: For dinner last night, we had some dear friends over and picked up pizzas from Brooklyn Pizzeria! Yum! They have a free deal: buy 2x18" or 16" pizzas and get an order of garlic knots with marinara dip! The pizzas were delicious!

@Daiquiri :
Goodness 36 years is a long time--and that it took Mayo Clinic so long to figure it out.
