Driving downtown this morning

Traffic was pretty light. Because of spring break next week or people flipping out?
🤔

@ParksideRes : Probably a combination of both. Even when nothing is going on the Friday before spring break is sparse at schools.

Fridays are typically lighter as many companies use the 9/80 work schedule. The Friday before spring break is even lighter.

@Texvette : much lighter than any Friday. As in absolutely no backup on 59 at GRB. I've made this drive daily for 9 years and only seen it like this a few times after disasters.

@ParksideRes :
And all the way to 1030/1100 (you'd think if you come in that late you wouldn't have rode all with it), and if you wanna get technical a slow down all darn day.

@ParksideRes : I'm not usually out at 8 am but I had to take a friend for surgery and 1960 was like a ghost town compared to normal. If this is normal, I'm getting around earlier and go before the rush.
This was Thursday.
