Driver Apprehended After Eluding Constable Deputies in Harris CountySUSPECT ARRESTED FOR ELUDING CONSTABLE DEPUTIES!On December 26, 2023, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman's Office initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 8500 block of Will Clayton Parkway. The driver refused to stop, leading deputies on a brief pursuit. Constable Deputies were able to stop the vehicle in the 7900 block of Will Clayton Parkway. The driver was apprehended and identified as Chase Freeman. "Chase Freeman was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Eluding.
