Disturbance Call Leads to the Arrest of a Fugitive Wanted out of LouisianaDISTURBANCE CALL LEADS TO ARREST OF A FUGITIVE WANTED OUT OF LOUISIANAOn July 4, 2023, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 4900 block of Lazy Timbers in reference to a disturbance. Upon deputies arriving, the male involved in the disturbance was identified as Randell Espree. Further investigation revealed that he had an open warrant for Burglary out of Lafayette, Louisiana.
"Randell Espree was arrested and booked into Harris County Jail for the open warrant. He is currently awaiting extradition back to the state of Louisiana." - Constable Mark Herman
