Deputy hospitalized after inhaling airborne powder during traffic stop in Atascocita, suspect in custodyA Precinct 4 deputy constable is recovering after inhaling an unknown white powder during a traffic stop early Friday morning in the Atascocita area, according to Constable Mark Herman.The incident happened around 4 a.m. in the 16800 block of Ramsay Cascades Drive near Pierson Hollow Drive. Investigators say the driver initially evaded deputies before eventually being detained. As deputies searched the vehicle, a white powdery substance became airborne, causing one deputy to inhale it and quickly become ill.Constable deputies immediately administered multiple doses of Narcan until paramedics arrived and took the deputy to the hospital.
