On Tuesday evening, while patrolling in Atascocita, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman's Office located an emaciated dog tied to a tree in front of a local business. The deputy provided the dog with some food and water while he tried to find him some help. After multiple phone calls, he was able to reach a rescue person and get the pup dropped off at a local shelter.
