Deputies Recover Stolen Vehicle near Atascocita and Arrest Suspect With Warrants From 3 CountiesA stolen vehicle investigation in the 16300 block of Pear Ridge Place led to the arrest of a suspect wanted in three Texas counties, according to Constable Mark Herman's Office. Precinct 4 said Deputy Cantu-Chapa recovered the stolen vehicle and made contact with a suspect during the investigation. Deputies allege the suspect initially provided a false name. After determining the person's identity, authorities said they discovered outstanding warrants from Midland County for Fraudulent Use of Identifying Information, Grayson County for Larceny and Panola County for Larceny. The suspect was taken into custody and also faces a Failure to Identify Fugitive charge in connection with the Precinct 4 investigation.The charges, warrants and allegations are accusations, and an arrest is not a conviction.
