Deputies Bust Suspected Drunk Driver in Routine Traffic Stop 
CONSTABLES ARREST A SUSPECTED DRUNK DRIVER On May 7, 2024, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office conducted a traffic stop in the 5500 block of Atascocita Road. The driver was identified as Marco Albayero, who displayed signs of intoxication. Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered and he was transported to the Harris County Jail where he provided breath samples of 0.140 and 0.141 BAC. "Marco Albayero was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for Driving While Intoxicated. His bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 4." - Constable Mark Herman
