I love it when I have my crockpot going because I know that I can run errands, go to the pool, babysit, etc. with the peace of knowing that I don't have to cook later. I sometimes really have to give myself a nudge to get in there and cook. BUT, the downside is I have to smell it all day and get hungry. The smell of my roast now has my appetite in overdrive.
