Constables Recover Stolen Vehicle and Arrest Juvenile Suspect

On July 2, 2023, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 15600 block of Woodland Hills Drive. The driver was identified as a juvenile male.

Further investigation revealed that the vehicle was reported stolen to the Houston police Department.

â€œThe juvenile was arrested and booked into the Harris County Juvenile Detention Center, charged with Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle." -Constable Mark Herman
