Mark Herman, Harris County Constable Precinct 4

CONSTABLES ARREST A SUSPECTED DRUNK DRIVER

On January 8, 2025, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office conducted a traffic stop near the 17800 block of Timber Forest Drive. The driver identified as Melissa Medina, displayed multiple signs of intoxication.

A series of Standard Field Sobriety Tests were administered and it was determined that she was intoxicated. Further investigation revealed that her blood alcohol content was 0.08, which is above the legal limit.

"Melissa Medina was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated. At this time her bond and court information have not been set." - Constable Mark Herman
