Constables Arrest a Wanted Suspect 
On July 9, 2023, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for traffic violations in the 19100 block of Timber Forest Drive. During the course of the traffic stop, the passenger, Shakayla Thomas was found to have an open warrant for Theft.
"Shakalya Thomas was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the warrant. Her bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 4." - Constable Mark Herman
