Constables Arrest Wanted Felon who Threatened to Shoot Law Enforcement 
On July 13, 2023, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman's Office observed a suspicious male in the 8600 block of FM 1960 Bypass Road West. The deputy asked the male for his identification but he provided a false name.
After further investigation, the deputy positively identified him as Richard Johnson, who had an open Felony Warrant for Terroristic Threat Against a Government Agency. He was also found to be out on a $100.00 bond for Harassment. "Richard Johnson was arrested and booked into the Harris County jail for the open felony warrant and charged with Fail to Identify - Fugitive. His bond and court information have not been set at this time." - Constable Mark Herman
After further investigation, the deputy positively identified him as Richard Johnson, who had an open Felony Warrant for Terroristic Threat Against a Government Agency. He was also found to be out on a $100.00 bond for Harassment.
