Constables Arrest Suspected Drunk Driver on Precinct 4 Roadways 
From the office of: Mark Herman, Harris County Constable Precinct 4 CONSTABLES REMOVE A SUSPECTED DRUNK DRIVER FROM PRECINCT 4 ROADWAYS! On June 25, 2024, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 17600 block of the West Lake Houston Parkway. The driver was identified as Derek Manning, who displayed signs of intoxication. A series of Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered and it was determined that he was intoxicated. Further investigation revealed that he had 11 open Misdemeanor Warrants. "Derek Manning was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the open warrants and charged with Driving While Intoxicated. His bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 10." - Constable Mark Herman
