Constables Arrest Suspect for Possession of Methamphetamine

On November 16, 2024, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 5900 block of Rivergrove Bend Drive in reference to a welfare check. Upon arriving, a male was found to be passed out in a vehicle in front of a residence.

The male was identified as Claude Glass and he was found to be in possession of 20.4 grams of Methamphetamine.

"Claude Glass was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance. - Constable Mark Herman

Well, I guess being passed out in the vehicle is better than trying to drive it unde the influence.

Maybe but they only charged him with possession. The range is >4 and and less than200g. (I tried to use the symbols but it won't let me.😂)
Even if they do charge you with man/del it can be hard to prove. They originally charged my bozo ex with it but he took a plea deal that dropped it to possession only.

He was lucky not to be charged with delivery. Her boyfriend got the time. I, like an idiot, paid for a lawyer, her got her off. What a mistake that was. She was dead, a couple months later. Don't help your kids on drugs, you're just enabling them.😞

His mother has enabled him all his life. He currently has a felony charge he's set to go to trial for. He always seems to get away with things and that's usually the worst thing that can happen to someone. We want to save our kids from things but sometimes they've just got to go through it. I pray I never have to deal with it with my kids, a partner is bad but that is infinitely worse.
