On May 31, 2023, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 18000 block of Vine Forest Drive in reference to a two vehicle motor vehicle crash.
Upon deputies arriving, investigation revealed that Micahel Steinhauer, the male passenger in the other vehicle involved, threatened the complainant with a knife.
"Michael Steinhauer was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. His bond was set at $2,500.00 out of the 351st District Court." - Constable Mark Herman

He must have gotten the wrong judge, people like him usually get 100 dollar bond around here.

@dac2010 : That's what I thought. They usually get $100 bond no matter what they've done. Maybe he's a repeat offender

Misdemeanors usually get the $100. bonds. They accepted a Felony charge on this one.
