Constables Arrest Suspect for Evading in a Motor Vehicle

On January 14, 2023, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle at Will Clayton Parkway and Atascocita Road. The driver refused to stop, leading deputies on a brief pursuit.

During the pursuit, the driver lost control and crashed at the N Sam Houston Parkway and Old Humble Roadd. The driver was apprehended and identified as a Jayden Johnson.

"Jayden Johnson was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Evading Arrest in a Motor Vehicle. His bond " -Constable Mark Herman
