Constables arrest man in Humble wanted for felony assault
On November 13, 2021, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 9300 block of FM 1960 Bypass Road West in reference to a male whom had a possible open Felony Assault Warrant out of Montgomery County.
The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office was contacted and they advised that the warrant was confirmed and they would extradite. Constable Deputies located and apprehended the male who was identified as John Davis. Further investigation revealed that he assaulted the complainant on a separate occasion just a few days before and prevented her from contacting 911.
John Davis was arrested and booked into the Harris County jail for the open Felony Assault Warrant and charged with Assault with previous convictions. His bond was set at $10,000.00 out the 184th District Court and $30,000.00 out of Montgomery County.
