Constables Apprehend Suspect for Threats and Property Damage IncidentCONSTABLES ARREST SUSPECT FOR TERRORISTIC THREAT AND CRIMINAL MISCHIEF On March 3, 2024, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 18500 block of North Roaring River Court in reference to a disturbance. Upon arriving, the suspect involved was detained and identified as Deandra Flagg. Further investigation revealed she threw a rock through the complainant's front door then threatened to kill him when she heard him contacting law enforcement.
"Deandra Flagg was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Terroristic Threat and Criminal Mischief. Her bond was set at $200.00 out of County Court 15." - Constable Mark Herman
