From the office of: Mark Herman, Harris County Constable Precinct 4 CONSTABLES ARREST EVADING SUSPECT! On June 15, 2024, a Lieutenant with Constable Mark Herman's Office initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 20000 block of Foxwood Forest. The driver refused to stop, leading deputies on a brief pursuit. Constable Deputies were able to stop the vehicle, and the driver was apprehended and identified as Tramelle Cassaro. "Tramelle Cassaro was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Felony Evading. His bond was set at $15,000.00 out of the 351st District Court." - Constable Mark Herman
